U Fit is our strength and conditioning program. The program is designed to be applicable at all levels do to the scalibility of the workouts. The goal is to achieve total body fitness including strength, endurance, balance, agility, flexibility, and accuracy. The principles are quite simple; Constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement.

KRAV MAGA is about living with self-reliance and confidence, building a healthy mind and body through skill, ability, strength, and agility. Krav Maga is the most effective self defense and hand-to-hand combat system in the world. While military and law enforcement around the world use it on the front lines, the average citizen is using it to get their mind and body in the best shape ever. Our unique training methodology takes people of all walks of life, shapes and sizes and transforms them into a highly self confident and fit individuals.

STRIKEFIT® is our hard core heavy bag workout. This high energy kickboxing program isn’t just “cardio kickboxing.” StrikeFit® is an all-around workout that includes heavy bag and pad work combined with everything from kettle bells to medicine balls, plyometrics to wind sprints. Our Certified StrikeFit Instructors will teach you how to put strike combinations together properly, but the focus is on fun and fitness. You will leave this class drenched in sweat but wanting more!

COMBATFIT is our intro to fighting class. If you have no experience in martial arts or any other fighting style, you will learn the basics of boxing/sparring mechanics in a systematic, safe and controlled fashion. It's an amazing workout, too!

Krav Maga Evolution is our kids program for self defense, fitness and life skills for kids ages 5 to 16. We combine functional fitness, safety, self defense, and situational awareness skills into our curriculum. We emphasize discipline, focus, integrity, and goal-setting. Every class includes a "Mat Chat" to discuss life skills as well as bully defense, self defense and fitness skills.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU (BJJ) is a martial art focusing largely on grappling and ground fighting. It utilizes natural body leverage and proper technique to obtain dominant control on the ground and, as a result, provides greater position for striking or submission holds.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a separate program operated by Julio Juarez Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
